Provide the key details for your event—what it’s about, who it’s for, and when it’s happening. Once submitted, your event will be published and made visible for Role Models to browse and express interest directly.

Use this form to share an event through the LinkUp Careers platform. Once submitted, your event will be published to the site—visible to registered Role Models and Not-For-Profit Organisations across our growing network.

Your event will be linked to your account, giving you the ability to manage it later. To complete your submission, you’ll need to provide a few details, upload a hero image, and attach any relevant files (such as a PDF flyer as well as a company logo).

Event Basics

Provide the core details that will appear on the event listing and detail page.
Enter the full name of your event. This will appear as the main title on the listing and event detail page.
Use this to provide extra context beneath the event title — such as the name of the presenting organisation, initiative, or program. It supports the title and adds clarity, but it's entirely optional.
Write a short overview that captures the purpose and tone of your event. This summary appears in event cards and list views, helping users quickly understand what’s on offer.
Important:
Ensure you use line breaks (press Enter) to assist readability. Avoid writing one long block of text.
What you can do: Use line breaks to create short paragraphs. Write in plain text.
What you can’t do: No bullet points, bold, italics, or numbered lists — this field does not support rich text formatting.
Provide a detailed overview of your event for potential role models. Describe what students will experience, the types of role models or workshops included, and the outcomes you hope to achieve. Mention relevant context, like the theme of the event or how it fits into your curriculum.
Select all formats that apply. For example, if your event takes place at a school but you're open to having a speaker join remotely (e.g. via Zoom or Teams), you can select both Remote and Onsite. This helps potential speakers understand how they can participate and whether physical attendance is expected.

Select up to 5 category tags that reflect the key skills, industries, or areas of expertise your event covers — this help Role Models understand whether thier experience aligns with the focus of your event.

Tell us the date your event will run, along with the time it begins and ends. This information will appear on the event listing and detail page.

Event Location

Tell us where the event will be held. Include the venue name (if applicable), followed by the full street address. This information will appear on the event detail page.

Additional Event Details

Tell us who this event is for, any relevant costs, how many students can attend, and any other helpful information to support your listing.
Who this event is for (e.g. Year 9–10 students)
Select how this event is funded or priced. This will appear on the event listing.
Let us know how many students will attend. This helps Role Models prepare for the expected group size.
