Designed to showcase entry level careers into rail. Tour the facility, speak to the team and discover career pathways from Apprenticeships to Trade Assistants. This program is for women to break down the barriers of entry into manufacturing to understand what happens beyond the gates.

Provide a detailed overview of your event for potential Role Models. Describe what students will experience, the types of role models or workshops included, and the outcomes you hope to achieve. Mention relevant context, like the theme of the event or how it fits into your curriculum.

For example, if your event takes place at a school but you're open to having a Role Model join remotely (e.g. via Zoom or Teams), you can select both Virtual and In-Person. This helps potential Role Models understand how they can participate and whether physical attendance is expected.
