Each event is an opportunity to share insight, connect with future employees, and help them see what’s possible in the field.
Step 4
Review the Role Models background, experience, and reasons for getting involved — and consider how their story connects with your audience. Then choose the voice that feels right for your participants.
Step 5
Role Models can use the LinkUp Careers resources to uplift your story, gain new competencies such as communication and leadership skills as well as professional development opportunities, with the support of our team.
Authenticity is key while building the connections with Educators, young people, career changes and other industry role models.
Step 6
When people, especially young women, hear personal stories, ask questions, and see the human side of work and career, it shifts what they believe is possible.
